Delivery time

Orders within Germany are delivered via DHL within approximately 2–3 business days after payment is received. For international shipments, delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for orders up to 100 euros are 4.60 euros. For orders of 100 euros or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.


Pickup

You can also pick up your order in person by appointment and save on shipping:

  • Pickup in Grafing: nacani Manufaktur Grafing – Elkofener Weg 10, 85567 Grafing

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email with your order details. Please transfer the full invoice amount to the account below, citing the invoice number.
